Heat Demon Grip Heaters

If you’re a motorcycle enthusiast your worst enemy is the cold season because you have to head back for the garage, no more afternoon rides. Even if it’s not snowing in your area the weather is so cold that your hands will freeze of instantly. However this is not the case anymore thanks to an invention called grip heater.

Of course grip heaters are not a new thing, the first one being invented over 30 years ago, however Hear Demon is back with a new approach. Until now things were more like heated grips, as you have to install new grips (heated) on your bike. The new heaters from Heat Demon offer an alternative, by heating the grips from inside so you can keep the grips you know and love.

The heaters which are actually two sheets of curved metal made to fit inside the bar of the grip come in a box together with a controller, the necessary wiring, connectors and installation guide. This heating system is pretty popular by now and has received a lot of positive feedback, also YouTube is filled with installation videos so it can be done at home easily.

The controller comes with a LED display which indicates the heat level (temperature) on a 5 level scale. Besides being able to set the temperature as desired the controller also comes with a function that dims the LEDs during the night so they aren’t a bother while riding. The heaters warm-up very fast and are very resistant. Frozen hands are very dangerous when riding because the limit motion and reaction time, however this I no longer an issue with his gadget.
